About Me

With a background in the financial sector as a mortgage loan officer since 2012, I ventured into real estate investing in 2014. After successfully flipping seven homes, I recognized the value of long-term wealth over quick gains. This realization guided me towards acquiring single-family homes, resulting in ownership of 16 properties that are now long-term rentals. As my aspirations grew, my focus shifted to multifamily investments. I am now proud to be a partner in three apartment complexes, a combined total of 183 units. The current valuation of both my single-family residences and partnered apartment complexes total $16.5 million.

We Distribute

As rental profits from the apartment building are collected, passive investors will receive quarterly distributions proportional to their ownership in the property, along with quarterly investor updates from our team. Upon completing our business plan, the property will be sold, and investors will receive their initial investment plus the profits upon sale.
